Fabian Kreis

Attorney

Fabian Kreis advises (inter)national clients on all areas of data protection and IP/IT law. He has specific expertise in the data protection compliant design of national and international exchange of personal data and the implementation of group wide data protection compliance projects. His particular industry focus is the automotive industry.

Fabian Kreis studied law in Goettingen, Bologna and Cologne. After his
trainee ship in Cologne, New York and Bangladesh, he joined the
international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in 2016, most recently as Principal Associate, in Cologne and Düsseldorf in the IP/IT team.
