Fabian Kreis advises national and international companies on all areas of data protection and IP / IT law. One focus of his advice is on the data protection-compliant design of national and international exchange of personal data and the implementation of group-wide data protection compliance projects. A particular industry focus is on the automotive industry. Fabian Kreis advises in German and English.
Fabian Kreis studied law in Göttingen, Bologna and Cologne. After completing his legal clerkship in Cologne, New York and Bangladesh, he joinend the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in their IP/IT department before founding Evolution Rechtsanwaelte in 2020.
