Profile

Richard Jansen advises on all data protection issues, in particular in transactions, in the technology sector with a focus on automotive and IoT
as well as on data protection in companies and groups. In addition, Richard Jansen has wide experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts in (inter)national cooperation in the technology sector.


Richard Jansen studied law in Düsseldorf and Berlin. After his doctorate in international criminal law, he completed a master's degree at King's College London. Richard Jansen has worked as a lawyer in international commercial law firms since 2014, most recently as a Principal Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LL.P.
